Glimpses
Getting oneself involved in too many things can be really hectic. But I won't say much now, because I need to survive challenges and this month is going to be tough.I must gather enough confidence and courage to stand against all odds, and keep reminding myself in the hardest of times,of all the promises that I have made to myself, and trust me there is no way to cheat one's own conscience, and hence things must continue the way they are suppose to.I generally shy away from talking to new people and since I am meeting so many of them now,I must say, that it has not brought any change in me.I still take time to open up and once I do that,I am more liberal in my conversation with the other person, but by the time I open up, most people seem to make up their own minds about me and I am back to being alone, not that I regret it or don't enjoy it.I always have my books giving me company and nothing can be better,I assure.Recently I have met a girl,in the school I teach, who can speak up her mind.It has been just a single and simple meeting and I am already fascinated by her likes, dislikes and clear thinking. She is different.I hope to explore more about her and I hope she remains like this forever;it would take her far.I have also come across some exceptional talents in the Ngo I work in and what such talents require is some special guidance and a sound backup. It pains me to say that some girls in the Ngo I work in,are immensely hardworking and despite being child labours(unfortunately one cannot really help such a situation knowing that it is a crime, because such people are almost forced to labour to win their bread), manage their studies equally well. You can't expect them to know who Keats or Stephen Hawking is,nor can you expect them to comment on and about social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter, leave alone it's founder, but still you can call them hard workers by their own standards. They have a far better base of English Language than most students reading in English medium schools. They can't converse that well, but they know what etiquette is and trust me they know it more than the proper school going children I have met so far. What more?Managing two internships simultaneously,is thrilling and quite painstaking.Hopefully it ends soon.
