HE

He was walking down the street. It was dawn.He had things in mind-about the origin of magic that he often asked his father when he was a four, about his perception of the paintings that his elder sister made:he admired them and envied her sister at the same time because he knew that he cannot paint like his sister. He also thought of the endless lectures he received from his mother on good behaviour, the neighbours' children and his lack of interest in doing his work.He is now nineteen. But he had a long way to go.His past was not too good or as he thought. He bothered himself with what was true and could have been avoided. He knew that, but it was dawn and he wanted to try and keep things out of his mind now.His eyes were burning because of his lack of sleep. He was exhausted for not being able to think nothing. He saw the incomplete Sun,four people at the other end of the fragmented street smiling and looking at him.He knew, he was not suppose to think of situations that did not allow him to relax but some faces, some pages kept on flashing in his mind.Suddenly his eyes sparkled on the memory of a beloved someone whom he had known for a few days now.He was reminded of a conversation that he once had-of how things suddenly became so good to him because he realized that there was a mind to complement him exactly on his needs. There was a smile on his face but then a feeling of ambiguity that he had faced, came back as a memory too.He was happy at the conflict but wanted a conclusion ending on happy strings but he knew it was impossible. He knew that there were impossibilities on all sides, that one can't become a character of fiction, one wants to because one is born as a blessing in disguise. There was a sudden chill in his bones that roughly touched his naked skin.It was a pain in pleasure or maybe the reverse. But he had to let go.He had loved the conversation, but it was all in fragments inside his memory and when he looked up,he saw those four people on the other side of the now not appearing fragmented road still smiling and looking at him.He decided to go in that direction, for it was time for dawn to give way to morning.
