I just met God...

 Day before yesterday, while praying to God, I told God, I would like to meet him and then laughed at the mere possibility of it. Yesterday morning, a man knocked on our door. This man was sent to us by our neighbor who call him ' Halim chachha' . So he came to take away a worn out induction heater,some other worn out gadgets and broken umbrellas. The moment he entered our house, he smelled so bad( a truth is a truth). As my mother was helping him with all the things, he just said that he does this work not out of need but just to keep his mind sane because both his sons work abroad and he can spend a lovely after 60 life, if he wants to. I was listening to him and I caught his reflection on one of the framed portraits that we have of God near the stairs. He was adjacent to the portrait and it reflected his image somehow. So that was definitely God telling me " Hey,there. " ( I would like to believe that).

 The story does not end there. So after this was over, I got busy with my work. I don't know how many of you are familiar with the show ' Dadagiri'. It's a very popular show in West Bengal and one of my favourites for sure. So yesterday among all the participants who came, there was this man ( I have completely his name), who is now trending everywhere because of his song ' Kacha Badam'. So as he was sharing his journey with 'Dada', he was asked of whether he knows how popular his song has become in India and abroad and he very humbly replied that it was all destiny. The strange thing is, right at that moment, I heard that familiar sound inside my head again " hey,there". Also, this man was/is a Lord Krishna devotee.

After midnight I usually spend my time watching different things on YouTube. So yesterday I was watching Bretts' vlogs. So why I love his vlogs is because Brett is very kind and philanthropic. He spends a lot of time working hard and raising money and donating it to people who really need it in NYC. One of the other things that attract me to his vlogs is that it's very diverse and you get to know so much about the lifestyle of his region. So yesterday I watched around three,four vlogs by this man where he raised money by being an Uber driver, selling free lemonade, opening a ghost restaurant and also by opening a rooftop bar. All these diverse professions were tried out by him for just 24 hours. Each profession made for a different vlog and contributed in raising money for a different person. So yes, I got that "hey,there" call again. 

I don't know how to put this but some six,seven years back when I started writing this blog it was about me trying to find meaning in God and find purpose in my life. With age, I have become a little wise though I know nothing compared to the vast knowledge that's everywhere around me. However, I have established a greater bond with myself and have more faith in God who was just a concept to me.

P.S - All the three incidents mentioned above are about three people from three different religions.I am sure you know, what I am trying to hint at.

The hoho and the hehe

Now there you guys, do you even know that that you need your Aadhar card for paid sex in Goa. Hohoho. There is nothing called private in our lives anymore and anyway I wonder, why do they need the Aadhar card for that? How can things become more legal and politically correct, when there are obvious loopholes in the system. The second thing that I would like to share today is that recently i have started following someones blog. And what I have discovered from the writing of that person is that, both of us have a similar view and attitude towards the outside world. We had had similar experiences in the past too. This world is way too small and I admire women who have such broad perspectives. HOPING sincerely for a new chain of communication to blossom. Yours sincere admirer.Hehe ;)

Outlet to the triggers

 Lately and coincidentally, people from different backgrounds and places, have been asking me if I am okay with being alone ? Some even ask me how do I manage it because they want such a lifestyle for themselves. While few others look at me with speculative eyes and think that I fake the happiness and the indifferent attitude, towards almost everything. (other than my career, of course)  Now!
