Alwar, Rajasthan

A lot has been happening the past few days. I moved to Alwar, Rajasthan. And my campus infrastructure is the most beautiful thing on earth. It is so beautiful. We also have an observatory which only a few schools in India have. I am fortunate to work in one of them. I got lost three times in the campus as i was searching for the conference hall yesterday. We had an ice- breaking session with our new principal. Each table had six members and each member was given a paper and we were told by the principal to not see the paper unless asked to. Then we were told to stand up in our places and see the paper and solve it ourselves. The time given to us was 10 minutes. In those ten minutes we had to run to people around us and ask them their names as per the question criteria. For ex - there was a question that said " I am the youngest in the school family " and i had to write my name there while people flocked to me asking me for my name. Once this was done we were asked to make two lines and were divided into groups of six on each table and we had to write strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. All six members had to brainstorm and participate in it to write about them and two representatives from each table  had to go up on stage and speak on and about it. I was one of them. And being the youngest member and a new joiner all eyes were on me. I was nervous but then i spoke with clarity and the room clapped. In other words the journey had started. My classes are going to start from tomorrow. I have not got my time table and schedule yet though i have been given some classes already. I shall write about them once it is all final. And did i tell you for the first time in my life i went to a five star hotel day before yesterday. It was in Gurgaon and truly speaking I am not well acquainted with high society things and initially i was highly uncomfortable but things settled down slowly and we came back from Gurgaon around 8pm. It was all hectic but good. Everything has to begin somewhere right? Next day I shall tell you about Chhatarpur. Yes. You are right. I will go back to telling you about Chhatarpur again. Do follow my next post for that.
